Essentials

  • Gently grasp your hat by the front and back of the brim, when removing.

  • If your hat gets wet, allow it to dry naturally to prevent shrinking.

  • Do not leave your hat in a hot automobile.

  • If your leather sweatband gets wet and oily, flip it down to allow it to dry.

  • Always lay your hat upside down on its crown on a flat surface or in hatbox.

  • Use lavender sprigs or cedar scents to keeps moths away.

 


Cleaning

  • Loose Dirt: Gently brush crown in a counter-clockwise motion; brim in a clockwise motion.

  • Dust: Gently wipe with a mildly damp cloth.

  • Smudges and Stains: Gently wipe with a hat sponge and/or cleaner.
